Workshop Refund Policy
A full refund of registration fees paid or transfer of payment to another NZAGS activity within the same calendar year is available for cancellations made up to four weeks prior to the workshop or conference. A 50% refund of the registration fee is available for cancellations made between four and two weeks prior to the workshop or conference. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to a workshop or conference, are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid (except for a COVID related cancellation). However, consideration will be given to refund requests if there are medical or compassionate grounds. In the event that insufficient registrations are received to make a NZAGS activity viable or the date or location of a activity is changed, the NZAGS takes no responsibility for additional individual costs incurred as a result.
