NZAGS Executive has considered whether to develop a response to COVID. It was decided that there was no point getting a legal opinion, as several media interviews have shown that even the legal fraternity cannot agree. All the different ACTS contradict each other. Until a test court case is heard, it’s an unknown how the law will be applied. NZAGS has provided this area to deliver information on the available guidelines, but it is up to the individual, or business in private practice to set their own policy.
