Their are two components to the annual training fee, NZAGS portion and the RACS portion. NZAGS sets the NZAGS fee and RACS sets their fee.
The current NZAGS training fee for 2024 is
NZAGS Specialty Specific fee for 2024 – $6359.50 – excluding GST
NZAGS Specialty Specific fee for 2024 – $7313.43 – including GST
NZAGS Technology Fee for 2024 – $790.00 excluding GST
NZAGS Technology Fee for 2024 – $908.50 including GST
This fee is to be paid by all fulltime and flexible trainees on a pro rata basis – i.e half the fee for flexible trainees. No technology fee is required for those on interruption or deferral.
