Conference 2025 Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (including email) to Bronwen Evans.  Cancellations made by 28th Feb 2025 will be refunded, less $50.00 to cover administration costs.  After this date, no refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Organising Committee (except if COVID related).  All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee (COVID), the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded in full.
