For Supervisors and Assessors

Hospital Supervisors and accredited Trainers can use SOLA to:

  • Review and approve trainee logbooks
  • Complete assessments and provide feedback
  • Monitor trainee progress within accredited training posts

Supervisors can view their assigned trainees via the “Your Trainees” tab once logged into the system.

Assessments in SOLA

All training assessments must be uploaded and submitted through SOLA under the Assessments section. Users are required to:

  • Select the correct training rotation
  • Confirm the trainee’s current SET or GSET level
  • Upload the relevant assessment documentation

SOLA ensures assessments are stored securely and linked correctly to the trainee’s training record.

Support and Feedback

If you experience issues with SOLA or have feedback about the system, please contact the NZAGS Education and Training Manager.
Technical support for login or access issues can also be requested via the SOLA portal.
