GSET

At the beginning of 2022 all new trainees commenced their training in the new General Surgery and Education Training (GSET) Programme. This programme is a mixture of competency and time based and is divided into two:

Core – SET years 1-3

Principal – SET years 4-5

Below is the outline of the requirements of the GSET Training Programme:
